We are a Medicare certified, Joint Commission Accredited home health agency based in eastern Kentucky. In addition to this office we serve seven southern West Virginia counties. Those counties are as follows: Mingo, Wayne, Logan, Boone, Lincoln, Cabell and Wyoming Counties.
